Explore your shadow and the roots behind your beliefs - you may be surprised what you find in this self-exploration!

Reflections:

  1. What are your limiting beliefs?  What's the story you tell yourself?  Write them down.
  2. Where does this story come from? Why do you tell yourself this story?  What is the deeper reason behind this story? 
  3. How do you want to rewrite your story?  What does your new story look like?  Is it believable?  If not, how can you make it believable?
