Steven Jaggers is a somatic educator, practitioner and the founder of SOMA+IQ™ Breathwork, a powerful modality for nervous system healing and embodied transformation.

 

He has trained over 2,000 practitioners in a unique method that rewires the body’s response to stress, trauma and connection through potent tools like breath, co-regulation and somatic self-inquiry.

 

Steven’s approach bridges ancient healing traditions with modern neuroscience, offering experiential tools for emotional integration, authentic relating and whole-body aliveness.
