A count from Transylvania wants to buy a house and move to a small German village. When a young estate agent is sent to have him sign the paperwork, he doesn't seem to notice that every single person is terrified by the mere mention of the Count's name. Despite this, he meets the Count, stays in his castle, learns that he is a vampire, and thinks hiding under a sheet is the best way to protect himself.
