On this episode we have Katrina Darling She is a Registered Dietitian, functional nutritionist.
She got her first undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in fashion. Then moved to NYC to pursue what she thought was her dream job, only to quit two months later because she hated it so much.
Fast forward to now - She hold's a bachelor's and a master's degree in human nutrition from the University of Alabama. Completed her dietetic internship through Aramark, passed her boards in June of 2021, and now has her own private practice here in Denver, Colorado
