Mazda RX-7 Swim Workout:
4 x 100 Warm up to get the tires warms and find grip in the water - Free or IM depending on what you want
100 Free Swim, 100 Kick, 100 Pull, 100 Skull
3 x 75 (25 3 Strokes Drift (glide), 25 Beautiful Engineering (silent swimming), 25 Speed Play (4 fast arm strokes, 2 for br or fly)) 15 SR
6 x 75's kick preferred free or fly kick (20 seconds rest minimum 40 max)
1) Cruise/Cruise/Turbo(Fast), 2) Cruise/Turbo/Turbo, 3) - All Turbo
9 x 75 Rotating a 25 "Redline Strong Swim" for all six (10 SR min, 20 max) Free or IMO no Free or 3IMO, 3Free, 3IMO
6 x 25 Sprints of your favorite stroke on either the :30 :40 :50 or the minute depending on what gives you at least 10 seconds of rest. Feel good, feel fast and have fun!

To get to the wall, do the last 9 meters or yards heads up skulling with an idle kick making rx7 noises with your mouth so everyone at the pool knows you're a legend.
