Description

Welcome back to the Warrior Healer Podcast for Episode 28 w/ Joe McDaniel.

Joe came on to share his story, for this to be part of his healing journey towards growth and overcoming some horrific traumas. So that's what we did. We discuss life, from the military to his Mother being murdered. Drugs and alcohol, Homelessness. Family greed, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Working towards goals and everything in between. This is a very moving and extremely powerful journey of resilience and a dedication toward finding the things that help and growing past some terrible experiences.

One of the coolest things about this podcast that I never envisioned or thought would come of it is allowing it to be a mechanism towards growth and facilitating healing for my guest. I always wanted to have people on to discuss topics, share their personal stories of growth and healing. What some of those healing modalities were, and encourage the listeners to seek help if needed. That "Help" ranging from going to the gym and seeking challenge to signing up for therapy, meditiation, journaling, whatever people have found to help them in their personal approach to success. To living a life worth loving and more imporantly, respecting.

If you enjoy any of the content from this platform, PLEASE SHARE the show. The reach of this podcast only travels as far as the audience pushes it. To the people that reach out and explain how helpful this has been to them, I need you to be a real "believer" and help spread the word. Chances are if its helping you in any way, it will help others. Thank you.
