Your 'why' is the thing that pushes you to do something when you do not feel like doing it. That "why" is usually something outside of you. Maybe you want to get healthy for your kids or so you have the energy to do more with the people you love. For me one of the biggest motivators in my life to get my health back was and still is my husband and future kids. When I met Mitchell the first thing I thought of was "Omg this guy is out of my league." He had his life together and lets just say I did not. I was too sick to work! My husband and future kids deserve the best version of me. Keeping that in the back of my mind pushes me to do the things I know I need to do to help me show up as my best self.
