During his career, he has been personally responsible for nearly $2.5 billion of real estate and over 620 properties sold.
In 1998, Mr. Donovan joined Massey Knakal to head up the firm's first full-service outer borough office. The Queens office has gone from a two-person start-up to a flourishing establishment more than 10 times its original size. He has built a strong presence in the Queens marketplace.
