Today we're diving deeper on a topic I see often in clincal practice - Fatigue. There are many factors that tie into fatigue, anywhere from nutritional deficiencies to burning the candle at both ends.

- Look at common nutrient deficiencies such as Vitamin D, iron, iodine, B vitamins that contribute to fatigue.
- Remember to make sure and nourish yourself both from a nutrient intake to caring for yourslef!
- Avoid long periods of being sedentary

- How are those adrenals?

- Have you checked your sleep hygiene?
- Do you snore or mouth breathe?
- Make sure you balance your blood suger
- How are those EMFs and devices interrupting your sleep
- Are you grounding during the day &/or night?
