We live with an automatic pilot pleasing and responding to obligations, needs, and fears and by the time we realize this it's too late. Sometimes all we need to do is stop and realize that half of the things that we are doing are actually not what really matters to us. In this episode, Yessica proposes a series of questions that will help us become aware of what we are doing and why we are doing it. With this awareness, we then become ready to ask the real questions: What is important in my life? What needs to change?
