On the day the Japanese bomb Pearl Harbor, everything in the United States changed, including for Lady Bird. With Lyndon away for the war, she runs his congressional office at a time in which women didn't have a seat at the table. She also starts a media empire in Austin and plants roots in Washington. Then, she prepares for the Johnson family to get a little bit bigger.
