In today's episode, Charles did a pre-inspection on a property to auction a couple of weeks later, which was quite a disturbing inspection. The home was very untidy; there were holes in the wall that looked like fist marks, there was a shotgun in the corner of one bedroom, and the lady of the house could barely look me in the eye. I called past the local Police Station when I left and had a quick chat with an officer, they were aware of the property and the owner but could do nothing about the situation.
