This episode is kind of a mixed bag of a few things that I needed to vent about. Really, it's purpose is to bring them to your attention (they may be already) and to help you gain some perspective or even to just show you that it's okay to complain sometimes. We are human, with opinions and feelings, and it's healthy to vent. I think sometimes we see such bigger problems in the world that we don't feel like we can talk about little things that get on our nerves, but I'm here to tell you that you can AND it can be healthy. Just don't let it consume you.
