Salsa Chicken Recipe:

9in x 13in Pan

Tin Foil

Pick One:

4-6 Chicken Breast, 4-6 Chicken Thighs or 12 Chicken Tenders, 4 Chicken Hind Quarters (Thawed)

24oz Favorite Salsa (Mild or Hot, Think of Friend & Family)

8oz  Shredded Cheddar or Fiesta Cheese 

1 Tspn Salt or Garlic Parcely Salt 

1 Tspn Black Pepper

Both Evenly Spread or

1 Tblspsn of Taco Seasoning & Spread Nice & Even

Pre-Heat Oven to 350F

1 Cup of Salsa on the Bottom of the Pan

Lay Out Chicken with Seasoning On Top

Tin Foil On Top : Snugg

Bake @ 350F for 50-60 minutes

After 50-60 minutes Pull Chicken & Remove Top

Pour 4-6oz of Salsa On Top of Chicken: Makes the Chicken Moist

1/4oz Add Your Favoirte Shredded Cheese On Top of Chicken

Bake 6-12 minutes

Add Low Fat Sour Cream with this Great Healthy Meal & Chopped Salsa Chicken w Low Carb Toritilla Wraps!
