Without connecting to emotions, it's hard to feel guided in life. Without contact to your body, it becomes an object to be perfected or just despised, probably both
I've found that different school of thoughts are using the work dissociation differently - in this talk I'm quite open to include a lot of symptoms, as the main point for me is the unstable sense of self. We talk about dissociation only in so far as it limits you from experiencing aliveness - otherwise, just carry on, binge it out.
