Hello There, Thanks for listening. Today's podcast is "Essential Nutrients: Fuel your body for greatness". Why am I discussing the Essential Nutrients? I was inspired by a conversation I had with a friend. She was unclear on why certain foods were necessary for our health. And here at the The Talking Apron.. we discuss "All things Kitchen". Food purchased, prepped, prepared... in our kitchens. AND why do we eat food? And why are we concerned about our health? AND do we know enough about food to be sure we are eating the foods that our bodies need. There are nutrients that are essential to our living.. that's what this podcast is about.. What are those foods? With a background as a HS nutrition teacher I promise to keep the information easy to understand and in it's simplist form.. No doctorate necessary for understanding.
