Hello and Welcome! When it comes to cooking a meal for ourselves, sometimes motivation can be a real challenge. Why do all the work to make a meal for only me? We all have busy lives and spending time alone in the kitchen doing all this work to feed ourselves and then do the clean up... phew... it's so hard at the end of a busy day. And the goals we have, whether it's for our health or budget, that old voice comes in to tell us it's okay if we don't make a meal. What if... it was easier, faster, and less stressful.. Maybe we would take on the challenge and cook a little more from home. We are worth it! In today's episode, I'll be introducing some old and some new tips for making the meal time faster.
