Hello there my kitchen friend, After searching through pins on Pinterest.. I noticed all the references to the word healthy. I got to thinking, do we really know what that means in our everyday life. I'm sure you've been interested in becoming "healthier", what does that mean to you? And I thought.. how can I have health goals when I truly don't know what my goals are pertaining too.
