Remember that season you were super consistent?

You woke up early. You showed up. You ate right. You worked out. And then... you fell off? 🥲

I'm talking about rebuilding my discipline from scratch today on Episode 2 of My Messy Middle. I'm posting this a day later than I wanted because I got sick in Bali (apparently it's called Bali Belly... terrible name!), but I did my makeup from bed and crawled to the kitchen to record.

I realized that the version of me yesterday was enthusiastic, but the version of me today is just trying to survive.

This is exactly where the discipline muscle is built, showing up when you're "crawling to the finish line."
