About the Guest: Jenni's journey into ministry began in the 1990s when her family welcomed her brother through foster care. Witnessing his adoption process, which took nearly five years, profoundly impacted her during her teenage years. This experience gave her a unique perspective on the child welfare system, revealing its many flaws and the unintended harm it could bring to children. Here, her heart was moved deeply for those affected by the system. In February 2008, Jenni felt inspired to take action and launched "Chosen," a ministry born from her desire to support and advocate for vulnerable children navigating the complexities of the child welfare landscape.
