When we find ourselves in a toxic workplace environment, we naturally look for relief and an escape from work stress elsewhere. People will often gravitate toward meditation, yoga, wellness retreats, or pretty much anything to take their minds off of what’s happening at work.
After all, we spend the majority of our days working, commuting, and stressing about our jobs. So if that becomes toxic or unhealthy, it’s normal to seek an escape. But what happens when those wellness efforts turn toxic, too?
