This season we’re staying with frequency mastery, how we support the nervous system through real life, not the polished version of it.
In the last episode we used Awareness, Activation, and Integration for successful transitions. The kind that ask us to surrender and release so we can move forward without white-knuckling the unknown. In the episode before that, we cultivated inner peace.
Today we are moving into a combination of those energies. I want to talk about what happens after transitions. What happens when you walk into a room. When you sit across from someone you love. When you’re on a call and the energy is off. When your kid (no matter what age) is melting down or your partner’s silence is deafening or the day just feels heavy, and you can’t explain why.
I want to talk about uplifting presence. Not the performance of being “high vibe.” Not the pressure to cheer everyone up. Or absorbing everyone else’s weather so they can feel better.
Just the quiet, grounded field that other people can feel because you’re actually here. And you’re clear enough to hear your inner wisdom, open at the crown, connected to something greater than the moment. I learned this the same way I learned most of the important things in my life: the hard way, and then the beautiful way.
There’ve been seasons where I thought presence meant holding it all together for everyone else. Smiling through the knots in my stomach. Being the calm one moving through life as if everything was fine, while my body was asking me to stop. That isn’t presence. It’s part performance but it’s usually unconscious habit when we’re in it.
I learned to do this when I was a child so by the time I was an adult, I was a pro at pretending all of the heaviness was not a problem. And then my body would make me sit with it. I’d get migraines, ulcers, back pain, heart palpitations. The body has a way of telling you when you’re out of alignment, but you have to listen. Or things get worse. So, if any of this sounds familiar, this episode is for you.
Real presence for me started when I let love lead in ordinary moments.
Hands on my heart. A longer exhale. Acknowledging the feelings that were coming up. Accepting them as part of my path. It’s when I ask: What is the highest form of love available to me right now?
And I had to learn this too: love can’t move through fog. When we lose connection with our higher self, things get muddy. When the crown is closed, we grind. We manage. We perform. Inner wisdom is still speaking, but we can’t hear it over the static of our monkey mind.
Inner wisdom is like the wise aunt who sits in the corner speaking softly. When everyone else in the family is trying to talk over one another, we can’t her Aunt Sally in the corner. So she waits patiently for things to settle.
But if they don’t settle, she won’t speak. Or maybe she does and we’re just too loud to hear her. Always remember Aunt Sally is there to help you! She is wise. So wise that she doesn’t raise her voice. She respects herself too much for that. If your family is loud like mine, the quiet moments might be few and far between. Which means we have to intentionally choose them.
Uplifting presence begins when we get clear enough to receive.
Divine connection already surrounds us. Clarity is how we let it in. Inner wisdom is how we let it move through the room. Sometimes the highest form of love is not fixing anyone.
It’s becoming a room people can rest in because you remembered who you are. That’s what I want for you today. I want you to remember Aunt Sally carries wisdom to help you get clarity. And you deserve it.
A successful uplifting presence is that grounded sense of warmth and steadiness that arrives when your frequency is high enough for your nervous system to feel safe, your heart is open, and your crown is receiving.
You don’t have to light anyone up. You just stop adding static. You get still and quiet. Other people feel the difference before you say a word. You’ll notice it in your breath. It gets smoother. The shoulders drop. Your brow softens. The inner critic doesn’t need to run the moment.
That’s different from performing lightness. Forced brightness leaves everyone tired, including you. So make sure when everyone else around you is flipping out, that you check in to see if you are bypassing your feelings as a performance or if you’re actually at peace.
Uplifting presence has staying power because it is love moving through clarity.
When we’re carrying resentment, people-pleasing, comparison, urgency, or that old habit of scanning for what’s wrong, it creates distortion in the heart, the solar plexus, and the crown. The body stays tense. Inner wisdom gets drowned out. Energy leaks. And then we wonder why the room feels heavy even when we’re trying so hard to feel light. Frequency mastery brings you back. It helps you operate from your higher wisdom so your presence becomes a transmission instead of a performance.
To raise the frequency:
Clear the tension. Tune into stillness.
Receive divine connection.
This is how your true essence radiates.
Be like Aunt Sally, sitting in the corner patiently waiting to deliver her simple wisdom that rinses the energetic debris and makes way for love.
In earlier episodes we used the three pillars for clarity, for peace, for transitions. Today we use them for presence.
Awareness.
Just notice.
What frequency are you offering the people around you right now? Tight smile? Tight chest? Fog in your mind? Checking to see if you’re enough? Let that go. No judgment. Just truth. Authenticity is the highest frequency. When you can be with what’s actually here, the channel starts to open.
Activation.
Choose the heart and the crown. Extend your exhales. Soft belly. Let looping thoughts release and the mind soften. You’re not forcing light in. You’re making space for divine connection to surround you. Remember it’s always there for you. Then let the field around you expand a few feet, not as a push, as a clear warmth.
Integration.
Come back to it. Before you walk in the door. Before you make the call or answer the text that makes your stomach drop. One practice at a time. One breath at a time. One clear, heart-centered moment at a time. Okay. This is your new foundational practice for uplifting presence.
We’re going to combine breath, body awareness, and visualization with my frequency art piece, “I Am Clear. Divine Connection Surrounds Me.” This piece is meant to support purification, love, balance, and clear expression. The lunar forms remind us that connection is received. The grounding red line anchors that connection into daily life, so the peace doesn’t stay floating above you. It becomes a serenity that can extend to everyone around you.
If you’re not driving or doing anything that requires your full attention right now, find a quiet place to sit or lay down comfortably with your spine straight and easy and your feet on the floor. Breathe up and down the central channel, imagining that each breath is clearing away any energetic residue that isn’t aligned with your highest good.
The breath dissolves it with ease. Continue this breathing pattern, we will be extending our exhales a few seconds longer than inhales to let the parasympathetic nervous system calm. Place one hand on your heart and bring your awareness to the crown, or just above the head. Close your eyes if that feels comfortable and take a moment to arrive. Three slow breaths with me. Inhale through the nose for 4. Exhale through the mouth for 6. Again. Inhale. And exhale for a couple counts longer than the inhale. One more time on your own inhaling and then extending the exhale.
Now ask yourself gently: what frequency am I running right now around other people?Just notice. No judgment. No fixing. Where do you feel tension? Does energy feel blocked at the crown? Where has inner wisdom gone quiet? Can you invite it to come through?
Then ask your heart and crown: what do I need to clear the way so divine connection can surround me right now?
You can bring something specific to mind if you want to, or you can just stay open. Either way is perfect. When you’re ready, open your eyes and bring a soft gaze to “I Am Clear. Divine Connection Surrounds Me.”
Let yourself really receive it. Let the colors, the marks, the circles, and dots, the Reiki energy, the lunar form, the energy of the rose quartz and selenite and that grounding red line meet you where you are.
And as you sit with a soft gaze on the piece, imagine a clear, cool light moving from the center of the painting into your eyes, including your third eye, and rising to the crown. Clearing the path for the divine to connect with you. Feel the energy in the top of the head open. As divine connection surrounds you. Let the wisdom of your soul enter your field.
Then let that light travel down the central channel to the heart, through the solar plexus, the sacral, all the way to the root at the base of your spine, and into the Earth.
Received from above. Anchored below. Clear all the way through.
As that happens, feel your system begin to soften. To clear. To remember oneness without leaving the room you’re actually in.
Repeat these affirmations three times, silently or out loud:
I am clear.
Divine connection surrounds me.
Inner wisdom is my guide.
Now with both hands over your heart, take one more deep breath. On the exhale, release any remaining tension or distortion. Let it melt and dissolve into the earth to be transmuted into love and beneficial blessings for all. Allow ease to blanket you in softness.
And softly say: thank you. I am clear. I am connected.
My presence can uplift because I am listening.
Now check in with yourself again.
How does the body feel? Without judgment.
Notice the shift.
A little more open at the crown? Softer. More calm. Maybe a little more trust that you don’t have to perform presence. Clarity itself is the gift.
Just let yourself notice.
You can use this 90-second Presence Anchor in the morning as you step into the day, anytime the field around you gets noisy like when you’re around a loud family (in these instances, I like to step into the bathroom and just take a moment to get centered with this practice), or at night when you want to clear what isn’t yours and come back to inner wisdom before you enter the dream state.
If you want to deepen the effect, keep a print of “I Am Clear. Divine Connection Surrounds Me.” somewhere you can see it often. Even a quick glance can help reconnect you to that frequency of peace, awareness, and oneness.

These pieces also pair really beautifully with the seven Daily Healing Practices: Grounding, Inspiration, Movement, Nourishment, Gratitude, Forgiveness, and Grace.
We don’t need extraordinary circumstances to access these shifts. We need mindfulness, intention, and the courage to let love lead.
And the choice to get clear enough to hear the wisdom already arriving. To heal or to love, which may be one and the same, requires only three things: awareness, intention, and action.
When we engage these practices on purpose, we stop waiting to be made calm by perfect conditions or by someone else’s mood. We begin regulating our own nervous systems through love and through connection. We become active participants in our own healing. That is the deepest form of nourishment available to us. And it is what makes our presence a gift.
So the next time a room feels heavy, or you feel yourself disappearing to keep the peace, pause and ask:What is the highest form of love available to me right now? I wrote more about this in my last substack post “Become Your Own Greatest Healer Through Art” if you want to dive deeper.
But just take a moment now and ask, “What is my inner wisdom saying, now that I am clear?”
And make sure to Ground. Seek inspiration. Move. Nourish yourself. Give thanks. Forgive. Offer grace. Then listen at the crown. Because in the end, the thing we will be remembered for, and the thing that most reliably sustains us while we are here, is the love we managed to put into the world on purpose, through a presence clear enough to carry it.
Love preserves the soul. It is the most potent medicine we have.
Divine connection already surrounds you.
