Have you ever felt like no matter how many times you try, you keep getting angry with your kids? 

 

When we lash out at our incredible, amazing, kids, it feels AWFUL🥺. 

 

Its easy to beat ourselves up and think I'm a bad mom.

 

Afterall, they are just trying to get their needs met…

 

… and we are overwhelmed.

 

It's no wonder we get upset when our kid texts us 15 times to tell us they are hungry (or hangry🙃) when you know the house is full of food!

 

(Full of food, haha at least for now)

 

But still!

 

You want to do better! 

 

It's not OK with you to keep getting derailed and angry with your kids. 

 

We white-knuckle it and try to try even harder as if we had anything left to give

 

Does it feel like you have to apologize every day of your life?

 

I've got news for everyone.

 I fall flat on my face too.

 

I apologize to my kid, a lot. 

 

There is a better way. 

 

It doesn't have to be a showdown at your house every school morning. 

 

We have to stay calm and kind if we want our kids to listen to us.

 

I know how hard it is out there, y'all.

 

That's why I am sharing this deeply empathetic (cause I've been there) podcast about what to do with all that ANGER!

 

I promise not to simply ask you to stop being angry or not to give in! < It isn't that simple. 

 

Here is your permission to let go of the white-knuckling, forgive ourselves for past mistakes, and learn strategies that will help you get through at least this week with fewer outbursts and arguments with your kids. 

 

You are amazing for having the courage to try again.
