Today we talk about the ongoing exodus of high-income earners from California.  A recent report reveals that California is the #1 state that wealthy Americans are moving away from.  New tax rates in California are driving many to seek shelter in states with a more enticing tax and business environment.  While California has seen a massive net negative tax income migration, states with more desirable tax codes such as Florida, Texas and Tennessee have received a massive influx of net positive tax income migration due to people flocking to those states.
