Tricia Arce had a vision to redefine a classic treat that would bring together people of all ages from around the world. And she was right! Tricia used all their savings to get a small location that would become the world's first Marshmallow Cafe in Gilbert AZ.Today our marshmallows are kind of a big deal! They've gone viral over the years and have been featured on the Cooking Network, Food Channel, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Sweet Pete's Candy to name a few.
