"Get comfortable with being uncomfortable". You may have heard this quote before. This does not mean discomfort in the sense of going to bed with your jeans on. This means, pushing your mind and body to take action on what you are fearful of. Something that is outside of your current norm. 

Often times we find ourselves on autopilot. Our routines and habits put us into a box of comfort, and it is often difficult to get out of. True growth in life comes from pushing these limits and putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations.
