Rick was moved into a leadership position at work. He realized he need to grow. He started with the book, Think and Grow Rich. Since then, he has read 100's of self help books. More importantly, he implemented what he read. He is growing and evolving as a better person, becoming a poublic speaker and helping others growth towards their full potential.
