Dr. Bryce Bowers is a family medicine physician, currently in his last year of residency in Detroit, Michigan. He attended the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. Thereafter, he began his military career and intern year as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Returning home to Michigan to finish residency after serving his military commitment, he discovered a passion for physician wellness and burnout and now has created both a blog and a podcast known as “Badge of Burnout”, aiming to help normalize and understand the unique mental health struggles physicians face. Dr. Bowers considers himself an entrepreneur, and is currently working on writing a book, launching a public speaking career, learning about investing and entering into physician coaching.
