Jon Barry Simonis, dubbed the Ski Mask Rapist, gained infamy as one of the country's most
prolific serial rapists.
He was eventually captured and charged in Louisiana in 1981, but not before he brought his reign of terror to Central Ohio and another man paid the price for those crimes.
