Two words…. Kosher and natural.
Today we are tasting a Kosher wine that also falls under the natural wine category. I get into what exactly kosher wine is, go over what natural wine means and talk about how sulfur is important to preserve the integrity of the wine. Generally, I am not a huge fan of the ‘natural wine’ label but I do stand by sticking to the natural process of wine making from vine to glass.
