Description

I got my hands on a Brut Nature for today’s episode… this is the first time I try this type of sparkling wine (watch episode 60 for all information on sparkling wines). Rutini is one of Argentina’s top producers and became the first winery to plant vines in the Uco Valley which is one of the top wine-producing regions in Mendoza.  They have different lines of wines and this one specifically is from their line called “Encuentro”.

Brut Nature is the driest champagne or sparkling wine which ultimately means it has less than 3 grams of sugar per liter. Tune in now as I try this pinot noir based sparkling wine from Argentina, talk about this known producer and get into the importance of having a good support system.  Remember, rejection is redirection and having the support you need, when you need it can ultimately prepare you to take on anything that comes your way with more ease and knowledge.
