Dr. Kelsy Vickers is a doctor of chiropractic and pelvic floor specialist. Her career in health + fitness started 10 years ago, personal training in New York City. Like many coaches, it was a series of personal struggles with her weight, body image and pelvic pain that lead her to pursue higher education and drove her desire to help women on a deeper level. Dr. Kelsy lives in Austin Texas with her husband, 8 month old son and two rescue fur babies and is SO EXCITED to be on this podcast sharing her passion and expertise.
