Caro was the first person to give me a go in the music industry, when she very kindly offered me some internship work at the legendary concert promoter Michael Chugg Entertainment (waaaay back in 2000), when she was the General Manager there. Since then Caro has done so many things to do with touring, promoting & managing bands etc. it was really hard to condense it all into one episode, especially as it had been several years since we had properly caught up. I owe Caro a HUGE thank you for giving me a chance all those years ago and it was very special for me to have her on my podcast 🙏🏼.
