Mss Francois, MHRM, EMBA, is a dynamic entertainer, humorous Keynote speaker, coach, author and game-changing trendsetter that aims to inspire. She migrated from Trinidad and Tobago in her late teens to establish a new legacy for her life. She’s the host of The Mss Francois Show—a talk show that encompasses candid conversations with a variety of entertainment, and uses humor to help others with their dysfunctional relationships. The show was created out of the frustration and heartache over her failed romantic relationships. Mss. Francois is renowned for her ability to infuse humor into her talks, drawing from her personal journey through heartbreak. She is also the founder of Thriving Goddesses, a community dedicated to assisting single women, whether they are exploring romantic relationships or healing from broken ones. This initiative empowers them to rediscover their self-identity and confidently transition into the next chapter of their lives. Thriving Goddesses has grown into a vibrant community where women empower and support each other through workshops, webinars and social media and networking group events. Her one-woman show, Frustrated, at Theater Row in New York, opened to sold-out performances. In addition to her TEDx Talk, Heartbreak Is Not The End-You Are Just Transitioning. She’s also the winner of the District 46 Toastmasters Humorous Speech Competition in New York. Leveraging the unique lessons she’s learned throughout her life’s journey, she has written two books, “Lights, Camera, Launch: Kick Start Your Own Professional TV Show by Investing in the ME in TEAM” and “Let That @#$%&! Man Go: 5 Plus Ways to Get Over a Break Up.” Mss Francois has held several positions in Toastmasters—an organization that seeks to assist others in public speaking and leadership skills—including Public Relationship Manager of District 119. She’s also on the Board of Managers at the Cross Island YMCA Branch. Mss Francois continues to remain civically engaged as she partners with youth organizations such as. “ AIMHIGH EI” and “I AM DAD”. Her savvy approach to life is timeless as she continues to empower, inspire, and make others laugh.
