This applies to your personal style and wellness too. Are you giving yourself unrealistic goals to lose weight, tone up or change your personal style? You might be rushing towards the future because you think it will be better there and that here, right now, is not good enough.

But maybe you should take your time and just be fine, be happy with where you are right now.
