This week on the Stylish Wellness podcast I discuss why you might clean your wardrobe out but, once done, before you know it, it has gone back to how it looked before and you don't ever get out of that cycle.
The title of this episode is The Stylish Wellness Wardrobe and what I want to introduce to you is this idea that how you create your wardrobe, buy clothes for your closet and put individual items together to create outfits is all down to how you feel about yourself, your style, and how you feel in yourself, your wellness. It is those two criteria, more than just getting rid of items from your wardrobe and putting unwanted clothes in rubbish bags for the charity shop, that will affect how organised your wardrobe is.
I also look at how the way in which you mange your life and organise it is totally reflected in your clothes and that sometimes we get 'home fatigue': While we can be completely organised at work we do not have that same level of organisation at home. I give you some ideas for overcoming this aspect of feeling like you are totally 'on' in your life all the time and how to slow down a little.
