It's a fusion of how to heal your inner trauma by using what you wear to look your best and boost your self esteem. I don't mean to underestimate trauma, but I hope that these tips will encourage you to nurture yourself, in the podcast I talk about cocooning yourself, in clothes that you love. Use your clothes to nurture and love yourself.
