The Wednesday morning Toohey Trot is arguably the most well attended weekly trail run in Brisbane. It's so popular because of people like Kristen Lyons. She is warm, enthusiastic, intelligent and courageous. She is planning to run a 50k trail in her 50th year. We all need people like Kristen in our lives.
