I love a good Monday! It's a fresh start to the week.

I haven't always loved Monday's. Honestly, I used to dread them. I used to think about all the things that I didn't want to do, how busy the week was going to be, or when I would get any time for myself. I think there is a negative stigma attached to Monday's but over the last few years I have really grown to love them. 

Today I want to talk about 5 steps to have a more positive Monday. These are going to be quick, simple things you can do to start your week off on the right foot!
