Back to school season is here! It has been a great summer but it's time to jump back into school, routines, and all that comes with that.
I know that back to school is exciting but I know there is a transition period. For kids, parents, teachers, coaches, all of us! I wanted to take a few minutes in this episode and encourage you as we are all transitioning back to fall schedules. In today's episode I want to talk about how to approach this transition season with confidence, maintaining healthy routines, and identifying any negative thoughts.
Remember, change can be challenging, but it's also an opportunity for growth. By reframing your thoughts and practicing gratitude, you can navigate this transition with grace.
