Description

If you had told me in my deepest season of grief that joy was even a remote possibility, I might not have believed you. Joy and mourning feel like opposites. They feel like they exist in two different universes. But what if they can coexist? What if, as Psalm 30:5, states, "weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning."

Today, we're not talking about getting over grief to find joy on the other side. We're talking about quiet, surprising and resilient ways that moments of joy, connection, and meaning can begin to weave themselves back into our lives while we are still actively grieving. This is about integration, not replacement.
