I share my past struggles with self-imposed limitations and the impact on my work and relationships, highlighting the turning point of letting go of external goals.


I also discuss the practice of holding space for oneself and how this has enabled more authentic interactions with others. Ultimately, I encourage listeners to embrace unconditional love for themselves and observe the positive ripple effects on their world.
