While you have all sorts of charlatan shouting their way being the best way on social media, there is no clear right or wrong way to get into shape
However, there are a couple of undisputed principles that need to be taken into consideration when looking to get in shape at any point in the year
So in this epsiode we decided to explore them
From understanding why you want to get into shape in the first place, to some underlying pricniples to keep in mind and the key pillars of training and nutrition to support your goals
