In this week's conversation we chatted all things supplements for Athletes

 

From both our own experience, our own research and working with Athletes, we've come to realise there is ALOT of noise when it comes to supplements for Athletes

 

While we're all for a food first approach, we are not food only, and think there is a role for supplements when looking to optimisie and support performance

 

However, between convincing marketing campaigns, brand deals and affiliate links, it's hard to know what's good, from, well, what's not so good

 

So in today's episode we rate our top, mid and bottom tier supplements for both health and performance as an Athlete

 

Disclaimer: Supplements are there to do what they say on the tin, to supplement a high quality diet, not replace it
