Description

I share my quick, easy and cheap ways to do forms. Forms are necessary, but they don't have to be a headache. My two ways I shared in the episode are below.

Print/Laminate:

  1. Print forms from your insurance provider
  2. Laminate with self laminating sheets from a Office supply store.
  3. Have your clients fill the forms out with a Wet erase marker.
  4. Scan the form - I found a slender scanner online, it gives a the clearest resolution. 
  5. Save the form wherever you save your clients files. 

Ipad/Fillable:

  1. Download your forms from your insurance company. 
  2. Make the form fillable by going on PDFEscape.com or a site similar.
  3. Save that fillable form in your google docs.
  4. Pull up google docs on your ipad, make a copy
  5. Download the copy, open the copy. 
  6. When you have it opened, they can fill in your fillable fields and then have them sign the form by using the pen option at the top right. I have them use a ipad pen or pen made for computers/ipads. This feels familiar, but I'm sure you could have them do it with any stylus or their finger. 
  7. Save the form and download it wherever you save client forms.
