I share my quick, easy and cheap ways to do forms. Forms are necessary, but they don't have to be a headache. My two ways I shared in the episode are below.

Print/Laminate:
- Print forms from your insurance provider
- Laminate with self laminating sheets from a Office supply store.
- Have your clients fill the forms out with a Wet erase marker.
- Scan the form - I found a slender scanner online, it gives a the clearest resolution.
- Save the form wherever you save your clients files.
Ipad/Fillable:
- Download your forms from your insurance company.
- Make the form fillable by going on PDFEscape.com or a site similar.
- Save that fillable form in your google docs.
- Pull up google docs on your ipad, make a copy
- Download the copy, open the copy.
- When you have it opened, they can fill in your fillable fields and then have them sign the form by using the pen option at the top right. I have them use a ipad pen or pen made for computers/ipads. This feels familiar, but I'm sure you could have them do it with any stylus or their finger.
- Save the form and download it wherever you save client forms.
