“RealScout, may have heard of them probably have heard of them at this point, it's just a complete MLS killer, IDX killer. It's technically a VOW or virtual office website, which essentially is a one to one integration to the MLS with every single field that the MLS has. IDX typically has pretty watered down the filters to like the most common and or whatever it is. But yeah, I mean I can go into RealScout and create searches based on how many stories there are buyers agent listing agent MLS ID I have a list of agents I like to work with, Hey, here's their stats search.”- Chase Whitney
