When you feel uncomfortable with the results you are getting in life, the "shoulds" of action will inevitably step in. And, in the unraveling, that list can get really long. All those "shoulds" that you think will make you feel better pile up and make you feel worse.
Recognizing that action won't fix it is the first step to creating the foundational reset that changes your future. That "should" list is the background of your unraveling. It's just a distraction rooted in the version of you that got you here.
