Vuelvo primeramente sobre un tema delicado: la ilusión de poder abrirnos siempre con los amigos y la claridad que llega cuando elegimos la vulnerabilidad como decisión, no como acto reflejo.
Desde ahí entro en el caso del señor S y en el concepto central de hoy: el empacho emocional. Exploro cómo la falta de integración, la voracidad disfrazada de deseo y las distorsiones del chateo pueden desbordarnos antes de darnos cuenta… y cómo la intuición empieza a avisar cuando algo no vibra bien, aunque no existan "pruebas".
Porque a veces lo único que importa es cómo se siente en el cuerpo. Acaso hay alguna otra brújula interna más poderosa?
