I sit down with HR and staffing guru, and pastor, Todd Magouyrk. Todd has much to teach us as leaders in vulnerably sharing his weak spots only God can overcome. His story embodies "in my weakness, He is strong." I personally constantly feel this tension of "am I giving everything to God every day or taking things into my own hands?"
Todd's message will give you insight into how to exercise the humility to allow God to lead more. He also has some fantastic knowledge and insight for HR teams and for leaders on how to manage your HR teams well.
He has found unique ways through business to build relationships and care for others as he points them to Jesus and he has encouragement that we can all do this.
Important Show Note: Unaware to us, just a few days after we recorded this interview, Todd was admitted to the hospital with a life threatening battle with pneumonia. He did not want to reschedule, and we celebrate with him and his family that he is returning to health and has resumed business as ususal. His words are inspirational for truly anyone, but this will feel clippy in parts due to his health as we have clipped more pieces where he needed a moment.
