In turn, I'll guide listeners through an Ujjayi breathing 'moment'. Ujjayi breath is when you breath in and out through the nose, creating a purposeful vibration in the back of the throat. This vibration can be used as a guide or musical rhythm. The technique helps draw attention inward allowing your awareness to rely on the breathing pattern.
